Our Volunteers
Volunteering is the Heart of Conservation
The Warm Springs Watershed Association (WSWA) is a volunteer-run membership organization. We work best when our community participates in our projects to maintain and protect the Warm Springs Run. There are many volunteer opportunities, from helping conduct our stream monitoring to mulching our rain garden.
Volunteers are welcome to join any of the activities listed on our calendar, including our Board meetings.
Bottom line, volunteers are the lifeblood of our growing organization. They help us successfully complete projects, and their hours of service count as valuable in-kind matches for our grants. All are welcome to assist us with our mission and to realize our vision of
A Healthy Stream in a Thriving Community
The Garden Of Pensiveness
Taking care of the Earth begins with each of us.
Even if all we can do is care for a small patch of
ground, plant a tree, clean a sidewalk, or teach
one child to respect nature, it matters.
Every small act of stewardship ripples outward.
When millions of us tend to our own tiny corners of
the world with care and intention,
we collectively nurture the planet we all share.
When we care for it with love,
the whole Earth begins to heal.
Meet new people while helping the community.
Join the Warm Springs Watershed Association for engaging events focused on protecting and improving our local watershed. Participate in activities like stream monitoring, tree planting, and learning about green stormwater management to help preserve our natural resources.
